User Agreement

Effective date: January 29, 2026

1. Scope of Application

These Terms define the conditions under which nomoreflights provides services and organises events in Greece. By using our services or attending any event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the services.

2. Booking Procedure

Event reservations are confirmed according to the process outlined below:

  • Booking requests are submitted via email or telephone
  • A reservation becomes confirmed once a deposit equal to 30% of the selected package price is received
  • To guarantee availability, bookings should be placed no later than 14 days before the scheduled event
  • The outstanding balance must be settled at least 3 days prior to the event date

3. Cancellations and Amendments

The following rules apply to cancellations and changes:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event qualify for a full refund of the deposit
  • Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable
  • Requests to change the event date may be considered, subject to availability and mutual agreement with nomoreflights

4. Event Participation Guidelines

All attendees must adhere to the rules below during events:

  • All games and activities are offered solely for entertainment purposes
  • No real money is involved; all chips, tokens, and materials hold no cash value
  • In case of disputes, decisions taken by dealers or event staff are final
  • Polite and respectful behaviour toward staff and other guests is required at all times

nomoreflights reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any individual who does not comply with these guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, nomoreflights is not liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal items not directly supervised by our staff
  • Consequences resulting from unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour by participants
  • Delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including force majeure circumstances

6. Personal Data Processing

Any personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations, including the GDPR. Further details on data usage and individual rights are provided in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the website, including text, images, graphics, logos, visual elements, and software, is the property of nomoreflights or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Changes and Applicable Law

nomoreflights reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.

Matters not expressly covered by these Terms are governed by the laws of Greece.
